Our semi-automatic gusset retention bottom-up fill packaging system. Designed for use with powders and powder mixes, this auger filler system places the bag, fills to the exact weight and seals the bag automatically. The AP2200 is equipped with a transfer hopper mounted transversely which allows the system to be built for maximum ease of product flow and quick clean outs, the AP2200 can also be built in a water wash down configuration utilizing Stainless steel frame components.

The AP1200 frame is a tripod frame for very small installation locations.

• SPEED up to 14 bags per minute for a 25 pound bag dependant upon the type of product and up to 12 bags per minute for 50 pound bags. (G-Series systems are a single station system that max out at about 7 bags per minute)

• Considerable cost savings can be achieved through good weight control, reduction in down time, and overall maintenance cost.

• The unique automatic bag placer system transfers bags from a flat belt conveyor or bag magazine to the placer yielding a reliable, REPEATABLE position of the bag for a faster fill rate.

• Bags are bottom-filled using a gusset retention clamp assembly that raises the bag so the vertical auger is positioned at the bottom of the bag when filling begins. The bag is then lowered onto the conveyor and transfered by top and bottom through the cycle.

• Construction is heavy duty and designed for years of production.

• Different bag sizes can be changed quickly using the touch screen display and preprogrammed bag sizes. Average bag changeover takes less than 1 minute within a 7-inch bag width range. NO WRENCH ADJUSTMENTS ARE REQUIRED!

• Quality components are used throughout the system and are readily available from well-known suppliers.

• Open ends are capped, corners are rounded and welds are smooth. AccelPak machinery is designed for safety and to be incompliance with sanitation requirements.
