Features:

• Speed. Bags can be processed through the system at up to 20 bags per minute. Actual speed is dependant upon the flow characteristics of the product being filled.

• Considerable cost savings can be achieved through good weight control, reduction in down time, and overall maintenance cost.

• The unique automatic bag placer system transfers bags from a flat belt conveyor or bag magazine to the placer yielding a reliable, repeatable position of the bag for a faster fill rate.

• Bags are filled using a gusset retention clamp assembly that raises the bag so the fill spout is positioned at the top of the bag when filling begins. A percussive settler works during the fill and a vibratory settler is positioned in the conveyor prior to the movement to the sealer. The bag is then lowered onto the conveyor and transfered by top and bottom through the cycle.

• Construction is heavy duty and designed for years of production.

• Bag sizes can be changed quickly using the touch screen display and preprogrammed bag sizes. Average bag changeover takes less than 1 minute within a 7-inch bag width range. NO WRENCH ADJUSTMENTS ARE REQUIRED!
