DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Our machines are designed with the operator in mind. Bag size change-overs can take place in as little as 45 seconds and nearly all routine adjustments can be accomplished without wrenches or tools. Our systems are controlled with Allen-Bradley based control systems and our operator interfaces offer access to all machine functions in a clear and concise manner. We strive to make the systems easy to maintain to maximize system-up time. And AccelPak systems are carefully crafted to minimize part counts so that critical spare-part inventories are kept to a minimum.

SAFETY

Safety is a priority at AccelPak. Through the use of three-dimensional design systems, our equipment is configured to keep the moving components on the “bag side” of the system wherever possible in order to maximize visibility and operations safety. Aspects of our machinery are considered for safety as well, including capped open ends, rounded corners, and smooth welds. All food-product machines are built in compliance with sanitation requirements.
