History:

AccelPak began in 1994 with the development of the AP1000 bag placer. AccelPak grew to employ 7 people and renting 10,000 square feet of manufacturing space. By 2002 AccelPak, Incorporated had moved all manfacturing and business operations to Ottawa, KS where the company continued to grow.

Today, AccelPak systems are in use all across the United States, Canada, and south to Barbados. Companies using AccelPak bag filling equipment include:

Cargill/Horizon Milling

Bay State Milling and many others.

Design Philosophy:

AccelPak systems are carefully crafted to minimize part counts so that critical spare part inventories are kept to a minimum while striving to make the systems easy to maintain which maximizes system up time. Through the use of three dimensional design systems our equipment is configured to keep the moving components on the bag side of the system wherever possible to maximize visibility and operations safety.

Our systems are designed with the operator in mind. Bag size change overs can take place in as little as 45 seconds and nearly all routine adjustments can be accomplished without wrenches or tools. Our systems are controlled with Allen-Bradley based control systems and our operator interfaces offer access to all machine functions in a clear and consise manner.
