Automatic Net WeighBag-Filling System
Reliance ES-1: Our value priced, fully automatic, gusset retention net weigh packaging system. Designed for use with free flowing dry solids and some powders, this system places the bag and fills to the proper weight. The ES-1 can be configured with its integrated basic scale or can operate in connection with a third party scale.

Features:
- Speed. Up to 12 bags per minute bag dependant upon the flow characteristics of the product being filled and the scaling system used.
- Considerable cost savings can be achieved through good weight control, reduction in down time, and overall maintenance cost.
- The unique automatic bag placer system transfers bags from a flat belt conveyor or bag magazine to the placer yielding a reliable, repeatable position of the bag for a faster fill rate.
- Bags are bottom-filled using a gusset retention clamp assembly that raises the bag so the vertical auger is positioned at the bottom of the bag when filling begins. The bag is then lowered onto the conveyor and transfered by top and bottom through the cycle.
- Construction is heavy duty and designed for years of production.
- Bag sizes can be changed quickly using the touch screen display and preprogrammed bag sizes. Average bag changeover takes less than 1 minute within a 7-inch bag width range. NO WRENCH ADJUSTMENTS ARE REQUIRED!
- Quality components are used throughout the system and are readily available from well-known suppliers.
- Open ends are capped, corners are rounded and welds are smooth. AccelPak machinery is designed for safety and to be incompliance with sanitation requirements.
